Just so you know, you deserve to be Healthy! Without health, nothing else really matters. Our body is our only vehicle in this lifetime as this particular being. We can’t order another body from our maker and continue on with life as this person. What we can do though is properly maintain and service this body to give it maximum health and energy.
I believe a big part of being healthy, fit, and having maximum energy is the programming we run through our head on a daily basis. We can literally think ourselves sick, just as we can think ourselves healthy. We choose.
Equally important though is fueling our body with the best food. More high energy, healing foods, less draining, bad foods.
Health and fitness seems very complicated and health experts are always contradicting themselves, but I believe we instinctually know what is good or bad for us. Our body tells us if we listen carefully.
The hard part is knowing how good ice cream tastes AND knowing how bad it is for our body.. hehe. So we have to find healthier alternatives and / or eat it very sparingly.
Anyway, here’s some health affirmations using the power of the law of attraction.

- I Love feeling Great
- I eat Healthy foods
- I have lots of Energy
Repeat the health affirmations throughout the day. Staying healthy is an everyday job, for the rest of our lives. So having the right mindset around health and fitness is so important. I am healthy. I love feeling great. I eat healthy foods. I have lots of energy.
